If You Only Knew

Angel of mine, let me turn your lovely head
With romantic visions, revisions to the ordinary life you've led.
Lady of mine, let me lace your life with love divine
Which flows freely from me to you and your heart so kind.
Vixen of mine, you visit my waking dreams,
Enliving, indeed, inspiring me to write poetry by the ream.
Lady if you only knew,
Somehow trusting someway,
The magnitude to which my heart and soul are true,
You'd have me carry you away this very day.
